The Party Barn
With a standing capacity of 300 guests and seating for 150 guests, The Party Barn is a great venue for any large event. The Party Barn includes a wooden dance floor with room for musicians to set up nearby, a storage room with a refrigerator, an area for food storage and electric outlets at each pole. Rental of The Party Barn includes access to The Silo, a freestanding guest restroom.
In front of the old rustic barn, this lighted space has been the location of a variety of open-air events. With a capacity of 250 guests, The Barnyard pairs nicely with The Small Shed to create space for a band or food plating area. Rental of The Barnyard also includes access to The Silo, a freestanding guest restroom.
The Silo is a guest restroom located nearby all of The Drop Farm’s event spaces. The Silo includes a restroom with a separated sitting area for guests to wait. Access to The Silo is automatically given with rental of any outdoor space, such as The Party Barn, The Barnyard or The Small Shed.
The Small Shed
With capacity of 35 guests, The Small Shed is located between The Party Barn and The Barnyard. The Small Shed includes a wrap-around bench perfect for food or refreshments and access to The Silo. The Small Shed pairs nicely with The Barnyard to create more space for guests.
The Drop Inn
The Drop Inn, The Drop Farm’s small inn, may also be rented out for events. The Drop Inn has been the home for many bridal teas, baby showers, come-and-go parties and much more. With capacity of 25 guests, the special event space includes a working kitchen, sitting area, dining room, living room and two bathrooms.
